At Naturali, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
